Young Planners’ Summer School
Young Planners’ Summer Schools are periodically organized for early-career professionals and young practitioners working in the field of spatial planning across the Baltic Sea Region.
Each Summer School focuses on a specific thematic topic relevant to contemporary planning challenges. At the same time, the overarching aim is to bring together young planners from different countries, foster professional exchange, and support the development of a strong network of the next generation of spatial planning professionals.
The Summer Schools also provide a platform for participants to share their perspectives, ideas, and expectations for the future development of the Baltic Sea Region, encouraging innovative thinking and cross-border collaboration.
- First Young Planners’ Summer School, called as Young Planners’ Contest was held in Poznan (Poland) on 26-29 August 2019
- Second Young Planners’ Summer School was held in Greifswald (Germany) on 22-26 August 2022.
