6th MSP Planners’ Forum within PASPS project for the Baltic Sea Region  will take place online on 25 March 2025. Main topic of the Planners’ Forum will be maritime defence .

94th VASAB CSPD/BSR meeting will be held on 19-20 March 2025 in Tallinn, Estonia.

The kick-off meeting for project partners of the Northern European Sea Basins project (NESBp) will be held on February 24-25, 2025, in The Hague, Netherlands. This project will continue the cooperation in Maritime Spatial Planning between the North Sea and Baltic Sea regions, that was established through the eMSP NBSR project.

This online event marks the launch of a cooperation project – Land-based Planners’ Forum – collaborative platform for land-based spatial planners of the Baltic Sea Region to tackle today’s complex challenges.

VASAB Secretariat, Interreg BSR project “Liveability” and UBC Planning Cities Commission together are organising a seminar „Designing Liveable Cities in the Baltic Sea Region” on 30 October 2024 (16:30-18:00 CET). The Seminar is going to be one of the sessions during EUSBSR Annual Forum held in Visby, Sweden on 30-31 October 2024.

The Annual Forum is the yearly gathering for collaboration in the Baltic Sea Region within the framework of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region, which has been held since 2009.

5th MSP Planners’ Forum within PASPS project for the Baltic Sea Region will take place online on 17 October 2024. Main topic of the Planners’ Forum will be cumulative impacts.

On September 17, 2024, the Workshop “European Green Deal through the eyes of MSP in Baltic Sea Region” aims to present and discuss the carried-out MSP-GREEN project recommendations on how to strengthen the European Green Deal (EGD) ambition of the EU Maritime Spatial Plans (MSPs).
