10th meeting of the Baltic Sea Region MSP Data Expert Sub-Group will be held on 12-13 November 2018 in Riga, Latvia.

On the 30th-31st of October 2018, the Baltic LINes and Baltic InteGrid projects will organise an international meeting and interactive simulation called “Energy Challenge for the Baltic Sea” in Copenhagen. 

NSB CoRe 6th project partner meeting hosted by the Mazovian Office For Regional Planning and the Institute of Geography and Spatial Organization Polish Academy of Sciences will take place on October 9-10, 2018 in Warsaw.

15th EU MS MSP Expert Group Meeting will be held on 8-9 October 2018 in Brussels, Belgium.

Pan Baltic Scope project Planning Forum will be held on 26-27 September 2018 in Szczecin, Poland.

79th VASAB CSPD/BSR meeting will be held on 7 September in Liepāja, Latvia.

Discussion on the ESPON project ‘European and Macro-regional Territorial Monitoring Tool’ will be held on Thursday 6th September 2018 (9:00-11:30) in Liepaja, Latvia in the premises of Concert Hall “Lielais Dzintars” (Radio iela 8, Liepaja).

The priority of Latvian presidency in VASAB is small and medium size cities. Currently national governments are rethinking the role of territorial development and managing the shift from a “one size fits all” approach to governing urban areas towards more tailored, asymmetric solutions that aim fitting institutions to specific context.

6th Baltic LINes project partner meeting will take place on 11 - 12 June, 2018 in Gdansk, Poland.

78th VASAB CSPD/BSR meeting will be held on 16 May 2018 in Brussels, Belgium.

VASAB Stakeholder Workshop 2018 "Achieving coherent and sustainable development of macro-region - Unique team-work of the countries around the Baltic Sea" will be held on 15 May 2018 in Brussels, Belgium.

Many know that Baltic Sea Region had the first macro-regional strategy in the European Union.
